About

Andrej Kapor is a creative director working across culture, media, and technology. He designs and leads cross-disciplinary projects that combine artistic vision with systems thinking—spanning live events, digital platforms, and hybrid formats.

His work focuses on how cultural experiences are structured: how audiences participate, how technology mediates interaction, and how ideas move across contexts. He has built international production systems, led digital transformations, and developed platforms that extend cultural engagement beyond traditional formats.

Alongside his work with institutions and international organisations, he maintains an independent creative practice exploring narrative, performance, and collective experience.

Andrej earned a BA in Visual Communications from IADT (Dublin, Ireland) and an MA in Media, Art, and Performance Studies from Utrecht University (Utrecht, Netherlands). He is chairperson of the board at Moira Cultural Centre, hosts a monthly long-form interview show on Birdcage Radio and curates programmes at Ten Club, De Nijverheid and others.

Andrej has recently worked extensively with Streem Media, The Poetry Society of New York, and IMPAKT Centre for Media Culture, among many others. His work has been published, exhibited, and toured internationally.
